Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after your order is processed. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are processed same day. We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

Yes. All orders over $75 (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout. No coupon code needed.

We accept exchanges for defective, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to the perishable nature of supplements, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for non-defective opened goods.

Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time before the next order processes. Log in to your account to manage your subscription, or email us at hello@hoplite.health and we'll handle it promptly. There are no cancellation fees.

We source ingredients from suppliers that meet rigorous quality standards, including identity verification and purity testing. Our supplier relationships are built around traceability — we know exactly where our ingredients come from and can verify their quality at every step.

Yes. Every product batch is independently tested by certified third-party labs before it reaches you. We test for identity, potency, and purity — including heavy metals and contaminants. Certificates of analysis are available on request.

A proprietary blend is a common industry practice where multiple ingredients are listed together with only a total weight disclosed — meaning any individual ingredient could be present at a trace, ineffective dose. We list every ingredient with its exact dose so you know exactly what you're getting and can verify it against the research.

Dietary supplements are not FDA approved, but they are regulated. Our products are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities. Our formulas comply with all applicable FDA regulations for dietary supplements. Note: These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
