Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is available on all orders. Orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days, then transit to your door typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on carrier and location — for a total estimated delivery time of 5–9 business days from order date. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are processed same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Free Shipping
All orders over $75 (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping automatically applied at checkout. No coupon code needed.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the email is sent.
Service Area
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. International shipping and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories is not available at this time. We’re working on expanding — join the list to be notified when your region is available.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges on defective products within 30 calendar days of purchase. Product must be in original packaging and unused. See our full Refund Policy for complete details.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase for defective products that are unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Sale and clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
Email us at hello@hoplite.health with your order number and description of the defect. We’ll respond within 24 hours with next steps. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no charge.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders can be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time before the next order processes. Log in to your account to manage your subscription, or contact us at hello@hoplite.health and we’ll handle it for you.
Subscription orders already in processing cannot be cancelled or modified. Our standard exchange policy applies to all subscription shipments for defective products only.
